OK, so a guy attacked someone with a downed power wire near Brewster Ave & Saginaw Street on Sunday. I'll let Pat Collins describe the action as only he can.
As with all stories, I'm sure there's a lot more to it. Perhaps he just wanted to give him a body massage.

I like that Pat Collins knows his reporting style is over the top. It's all done a bit tongue in cheek...even the murders!
It is the gift of gab which easily attracts the right ear to hear. Few are blessed with such skills. Nice.
As I read the title I already thought this was going to be interesting. Then I heard Pat Collins and WOW! Fantastic. No other words.
